Accessibility statement

Our aim
This site is built to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site properly, not as something added at the end.
What has been done
- Every colour combination used for text was measured against its background and meets or exceeds the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required at level AA.
- The whole site can be operated by keyboard alone, and every interactive element shows a clearly visible focus outline.
- A "skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader user reaches on every page.
- Pages use real headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers can navigate by structure rather than by guesswork.
- The menu button reports whether it is open or closed, and can be closed with the Escape key.
- Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320px viewport, and scales when you zoom.
- Motion is limited to fades and small movements, and is switched off entirely if your system is set to reduce motion.
- The site carries no images that convey information, so there is no meaningful content locked inside a picture.
- Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers so they do not add noise.
Known limitations
We would rather tell you about these than let you discover them.
- The booking calendar is Google's. Once you choose to load it, its accessibility is determined by Google, not by us, and we cannot fix problems inside it. If you have difficulty with it, email us and we will arrange the call directly instead — that route is always available and always acceptable.
- No independent audit has been carried out. Testing so far has been done by the developer, including keyboard-only navigation and measured contrast checks. It has not been tested by people who use assistive technology daily, which is the only test that really settles the question. If you rely on assistive technology and something here does not work, telling us is genuinely useful and we will act on it.
- Automated checks are not a substitute. Tools catch a minority of real barriers. Their passing does not mean the site is usable.
If something does not work for you
Please tell us. Email Customsoftwareint@gmail.com with the page and what went wrong, and we will fix it and reply. If a part of the site is blocking you, we will give you the same information or arrange the same call by email in the meantime.
We aim to respond within five business days.
Feedback about accessibility of work we build for you
Accessibility is part of how we build websites for clients, not an extra. If you are commissioning a site and have specific accessibility requirements, raise them on the consultation call so they shape the build from the start rather than being retrofitted.
