Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 August 2026

1. Who these terms are between

This website is operated by Custom Software Integrations, trading as CSI, a business operating in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

2. What this website is

This website describes services we offer and lets you book a free consultation call. It is general information about what we do. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, a proposal, or professional advice, and nothing on it forms a contract between us.

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written client services agreement, which we send to you by email after the consultation call and which is signed before work begins. Only that agreement creates obligations between us. Where it conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.

3. Booking a consultation call

The consultation call is offered free of charge and places you under no obligation to buy anything. Booking is handled through Google Calendar, which is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy as well as our Privacy Policy.

We may need to reschedule or decline a booking, for example if it turns out we are not the right fit for what you need. Anything discussed on the call is general in nature and given without warranty. It is not legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for professional advice in those areas.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to breach anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site except as described in our security policy;
  • interfere with the site's availability, including by overwhelming it with automated requests;
  • scrape or harvest content in bulk, or use it to train a machine learning model, without our written permission;
  • submit deliberately false information through the booking process.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to Customsoftwareint@gmail.com rather than exploiting it. We will not pursue action against anyone who reports an issue in good faith and does not access or alter other people's data.

5. Intellectual property

The design, code, text, and graphics on this website belong to us, unless stated otherwise. The typefaces used are licensed under the SIL Open Font License and remain the property of their designers. You may read, print, and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy the site's design or code, or reuse its content commercially, without our written permission.

6. Third-party services and links

The booking calendar is provided by Google and only loads if you choose to load it. We do not control Google's service and are not responsible for its availability, content, or how it handles your information. Any other site we link to is likewise outside our control, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website.

Because this website is provided free of charge and no money changes hands through it, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of it is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
